Using a strontium based rare earth element these paints are NON-TOXIC, have the brightest longest glowing times available. This versatile UV Blacklight paint is made from the purest product available fluoresces brightly under UV Balck Light. What makes this paint fluoresce brightly is its crystal formation, use as overlay paint on another image, & under black light only the UV will fluoresce! All ProFX UV Neon Black Light paints are structurally designed to be thinned down for use with airbrushes.
