Vampire In Brooklyn (DVD)

Eddie Murphy's got the bite in this movie mix of bone-chilling horror an d chill-out comedy directed by Wes Craven (A Nightmare on El m Street). As the vampire Maximillian, the popular star is the most diabolical, das hing and definitely undead dude in the 'hood. To add to the macabre fun, Murphy morphs into two other must-see characters: a paunchy preacher an d a fast talking thug. Angela Basset (Waiting to Exhale, What's Love G ot To Do With It) plays the cop whose world is rocked by Maximillian's a ttempts to make her his ma te for eternity. And Kadeem Hardison (TV's A Different World) is the haplessly decaying vampire's sidekick who (a han d here, and ear there) is forever losing things. Brooklyn may be home t o the undead now that Max is around-but means it's livelier than ever!
