The Gama Sonic GS-6KIT hanging solar LED spotlight provides warm light for your porch and deck. You can use it just as a pendant light or also attach your own hanging basket of flowers or plants with the included 22-inch chains for the added beauty of illuminated foliage. The light fixture is made from durable, rustproof poly-resin and sports an attractive black finish. It measures 7 inches high and 5.5 inches in diameter. The external solar panel is 8 inches wide, 4 inches tall, 2 inches thick with a 4-inch mounting plate. No electrical wiring is required. Just hang the light on a hook and place the solar panel up to eight feet from the light for optimal sun exposure. The spotlight's internal Lithium Ion battery pack charges when sunlight hits the solar panel. At sundown, the light's six warm-white LEDs turn on automatically and shine at a brightness of 40 lumens. The fixture is designed to operate for eight hours when the battery gets a full charge during the daytime. With proper setup for optimal sun exposure, a sunny day without cloud cover should be sufficient to provide a full recharge. Recharging speed will vary based on weather conditions, but no charging will occur if direct sun does not shine on the solar panel, so don't put the Premier lights in the shade.
