Rabbi Kestenbaum Gluten Free Oat Matzo is made from gluten free certified oats and water only. Matzos hamotzi and suitable for seder use. The oats are grown in a unique field in Scotland where only oats are grown, preventing any kind of cross-contamination. We use certified gluten free oats that are grown, cleaned, and ground in a totally gluten free environment. We have gone to great lengths to provide orthodox rabbinical supervision at the harvesting, hulling, cleaning and grinding process thereby assuring, kosher for Passover gluten free oat matzohs.
