Breads is the eighth book in the Not So Secret Family Recipes series of cookbooks. It contains a wide selection of breads including yeast bread and sourdough recipes, sweet rolls, dinner rolls and a few miscellaneous breads such as homemade tortillas.
The author is happy to be able to share these recipes, many of which have been handed down from several generations of cooks. She has also included a brief tutorial on bread making which will help even the novice rise to baking success and will realize that bread produced by your own hands tastes immeasurably better than anything purchased commercially.
