3M 06396 Adhesion Promoter, Sponge Applicator Packet (4 Packets)  Liquid primer for enhancing adhesion of 3M Acrylic Foam Tapes for interior and exterior trim applications.  Liquid primer packaged in convenient, single-use applicator packets. Strongly recommended for use with 3M Dubble sided tape on exterior body side moldings, trim and claddings, particularly those parts made of injection molded plastics such as TPO and RIM. Can be applied on common low surface energy plastics used for automotive dash and interior trim applications (TPO, PPO, PP, PC, +ABS, etc.). One packet covers approximately 150 square inches of substrate at the recommended coating thickness. 4 Packets.
