Silicone bra pads are best worn in a bra with a cup that helps to hold the pads in place. These also can be worn inside a bra that has pockets for padding. The dimensions (inches: 4" x 4 3/4" x 1 1/4" thick) (cm: 10.20cm x 12cm x 2.79cm thick) of these pads also mean that the best fit will be in a cup size A, B or C. D cups or above may find that the pad is too small for the cup size.

NOTE: In swimsuits, because you may be swimming in water, we recommend wearing any silicone bra pad insert inside a pad pocket (that is often built-into swimsuit and bikini tops). This will also help to ensure that the pad is not noticeable when the suit is wet!

CARE: Wipe with a damp, soft cloth when needed. Avoid coming into contact with sharp objects or exposing to sources of high heat (ie: near a space heater, or in the trunk or a car in the hot summer) as these events may damage, discolor or weaken the silicone.
