Turn the torch on by squeezing the handle, and the panda will open his mouth and growl as the light turns on. You can squeeze the handle again to keep the torch on - it'll stay on for two minutes, before turning off to save batteries. The Little Tikes Glow 'n Speak Panda Flashlight measures 21cm long and needs two C batteries to work, which are included.
