EZRvent - FV100-8H is an easy to install replacement vent for foundation, sub-floor, soffit and garage vents. Our FV100 is made of a durable UV protected plastic and heavy .023 gauge 1/8" Galvanized mesh that will last for years. Installation is easy and saves labor time! Simply remove old vent screen leaving old vent frame in place, push new EZRvent in place, and install one 2 ½" galvanized screw (included) at each end of vent. It's as easy as that! Existing stucco and siding remains intact. Our vents look great while helping customers keep out mice, snakes, and other undesirable critters from sub-floor crawl spaces, attics, basements, and garages while maintaining or in some cases improving air flow requirements. Although designed as a 6"x16" replacement/ retrofit vent, the EZRvent FV100 can be used in new construction for a higher grade finished look than standard new construction vents.
