Trader Joe's Sun-Dried Tomatoes taste as fresh as we imagine those fresh Italian pomodori of yesteryear - but they're not dried on anyone's roof. These are California-grown Roma tomatoes, picked at the height of ripeness, air-dried in the sun and packed the moment they reach that magical place where their flavor is intense and concentrated, without being dried out and tough. They're terrific on salads, in pasta, in sauces or as a snack.
