These are thin flat one sided plastic pics which are made to be inserted into cupcakes or other food or decorating ideas. The one side is as shown, the other side is plain. They have a clear color which has silvery glittery material inside, and at the top of the ring, a silvery glittery finish. They are made to be one sided, but the shimmery appearance also is viewed from the back of the pic.
