Sulley would love this Girl's Monster Miss Costume! Each short-sleeved dress has a blue base and tutu skirt sewn from voluminous layers of blue and green tulle. The horned, monster-face hood is made of plush fur, just like the included leg warmers and glovelettes. Green and blue spots cover the entire outfit. Add on tights (sold here) for extra warmth.
