Hell To Pay is the second in the "Thailand's Sickest" series. If you haven't read the first book, you should probably do that first. If you want to read them out of order, it's possible, but probably not the best reader experience.

Hell To Pay is set in Thailand - Surat, Krabi, Ubon, and Pattaya. Fact and fiction blurs a bit in this story. The author writes from a first-person perspective about events that happened after publishing the first book, "Thailand's Sickest."
