Small green and red rosettes with many 'rollers' produced during the season. The red color intensifies with cold weather. Forms a dense mat. Produces pale yellow flowers during the summer. Evergreen succulent with red tipped rosettes and small offset rosettes that tumble off the mother plant to create new plants. Spread 6 to 12". Grows in full sun, in poor, gritty, well-drained soil.
