This mini cat-o-nine-tails features a split faux-leather backing covered with a layer of polyurethane. The petite size allows it to be carried while riding with being in the way. The spiral wrapped handle is topped with a looped wrist strap, secured by two shiny silver studs. Measurements: 14.5 Inch in total length, tails 8.5 Inch, 0.75 Inch in diameter.
