Jansal Valley ground sage, 12 ounce. This slightly peppery herb is native to the north Mediterranean and is used to flavor meat dishes, stuffing, roasted and broiled vegetables and casseroles. Commonly used in British and American stuffing recipes. Can also be found in Mediterranean cuisine.
