Carley's Organic Preserved Lemons 700g. Jar Drained weight: 400g. Made in Cornwall from fresh organic lemons, seasalt, peppercorns and bay leaves.These are widely used in North African cooking, and just one quarter lemon gives a whole new taste dimension to your cous-cous! The brine is delicious brushed sparingly on vegetables, chicken or fish before cooking. The seasalt we use is certified by the Soil Association. Handmade from selected Sicilian lemons in our all organic factory. We are proud never to use emulsifiers, palm fat. refined oils, or anything artificial in any product. We are very careful to avoid any risk of cross contamination. We also process nuts, sesame, mustard and peanuts.
