The sleeveless, V-neck, white cotton bodice of the tutu is overlaid with a white sheer embellished with blue lines. Sequin trim on the V-neck and a back that's laced closed with silver metallic ribbon add even more dainty appeal to the bodice. The skirt of silver tulle over silver sheer is embellished with silver and blue organza ribbon. Strips of the same sheer overlay the bodice and is worn over of four layers of white tulle.
