Mullet roe, dipped in natural paraffin free bee-wax to preserve flavor. Natural products only. This method is only found in Greece. Mullet roe. Hand dipped in bees wax. Natural product so no exact weight. The roe taken from the mullet is washed briefly in fresh spring water rubbed with local fleur de sel then dried each piece must be inspected individually they are finally dipped in beeswax to preserve them.
