The rock can be used alone, but looks great when grouped with other Penn Plax Stone Hideaways of different sizes (sold separately). These stones help with aggressive and territorial fish that need to create their own space. The stone is freestanding and can be placed anywhere in your freshwater or saltwater aquarium.
