The cord shipped may not be be a continuous piece because the leather cord is made of natural and authentic leather. It is impossible to produce a continuous piece without joining separate pieces together. So it is common that a long leather cord may not be continuous but with knots in between the length. For those pieces with a knot in the middle, an extra one feet will be shipped to compensate the inconvenience.
