Use the Ek Tools circle scissor pro circle cutter to cut and draw circles from 1-inch to 6-inch diameter. Rotating disc is marked in 1/16-inch increments. Blade shuttle rotates with disc for smooth function and attaches to edge for storage. Replacement blades store in shuttle handle. Includes circle cutter, blade shuttle and 3 replacement blades.
