55 Days. This is a yellow summer crookneck squash. It is easy to grow, matures very quickly and produces lots of fruit. It can be picked early so you don't get a lots of bumps. It is golden yellow with a smooth skin to bumpy. It depends on how long you leave it on the vine. It has a creamy flesh, very flavorful, with small seeds. It is very good steamed and fried or baked.
