The Garage Guide to Distilling Spirits
is a Step-By-Step walk through of how I produce alcoholic spirits in my garage in New Zealand. Although distilling spirits is illegal in most countries, the New Zealand government in a moment of enlightenment decided that they would not tax or prosecute home distillers. Due to this special situation in New Zealand the book talks about products which are available locally and may or may not be available in other locations.
The book contains photos of each step of the distilling process
 and an explanation of what is done, when it's done and why it's done.
