Although some have claimed to eat it straight from the jar in glee (if you ate half the jar you'd only have eaten 60 calories of this amazing fat-free queso, after all !), we suggest you warm it up and dip tortilla chips or use it to replace cheese in all your favorite vegan or regular recipes: chili dogs, breakfast scramble, burritos, breakfast tacos, cheese grits, cheese fries, Frito pie, layer: beans, rice, avocado, queso and vegan sour cream, enchilada pie, on baked potatoes, in casseroles, on broccoli, on veggie burgers, on squash, atop rice and beans, in enchiladas, over tacos and tostadas, wherever you use cheese and want to replace it with a healthy option!
