The Deposition Handbook concerns the taking and defending of depositions. It is written for and from the perspective of attorneys who have limited or no experience with deposition practice. It covers issues related to the taking and defending of depositions from the time the attorney walks into the deposition room to the time the transcript is used at trial. The book focuses on the €œins and outs€ of deposition practice and offers practical tips and strategies in a question and answer format.


The author is a graduate of Brown University and the Northwestern University School of Law and has practiced law since 1991.
