This is a very special skirt, made in 2 overlapping juxtaposed layers of soft, crinkle viscose (made from the rest of the cotton plant, it is just like cotton but a more renewable resource). Drapes beautifully and spins wide. The double layering is the best thing since spiced rum. Elastic waistband is wide and comfortable. Remember, this skirt is 2 layers of the same color. Use a full length skirt in a different color for a contrasting effect on the bottom, or wear by itself with hot boots. Some of our pictures show Gypsy Skirt with Peasant Skirt of floor length even hem underneath, not included, but available in our store. O/S will stretch from 30 to 42. Plus will stretch from 36" to 55" and is 39" at it's longest. Rich colors are eco friendly dyes, so be sure to wash cold and separate at first. Please treat like a gentle cotton.
