This highly-concentrated, unsweetened all natural gourmet flavouring is 3 to 4 times the strength of water or alcohol-based flavourings or extracts. Don't let the tiny bottle fool you; a very small amount is packed with flavour and aroma. Use in candies, chocolates, ice cream, baking, or anywhere an extra bit of flavour is desired. Key lime has a milder, less-sharp lime flavour.
