Pasta di Gragnano Rigatoni I.G.P. (Protected Geographical Indication). Short shape and straight cut, the name refers to the deep lines on the surface (rigatura). This shape probably originated from Campania in Italy.

Suggestion: This shape is perfect for all sauces. We suggest to cook them with tomato sauces or to back them with béchamel and meat.
