Some of the models that use this foam include: JL Audio 12W0, 12W1, 12W4, 12W6, 720W, 730W, 750W, 760W and others that match the measurements above. This foam will fit the 12W3 and the 12W3v2 however it is not identical to the original 12W3 and 12W3v2 foam. Check out our other JL Audio foams for the original foam. This does NOT fit the 12W6v2 or the 12W7.
