Meaning ÒoriginÓ in Basque, Etorki is a pasteurized sheep's milk cheese that has been produced for over 4,000 years! Etorki is semi-soft, sliceable, and creamy on the palate. Excellent with fruit and bread, on sandwiches and burgers. A cheese that pleases both the beginner and the more sophisticated palate.
