Designed by local Redmond, WA artist, Susan Melrath, this collar showcases beautiful swirls of aquatic blues. Walk on the whimsical side with these beautiful blooms afloat in a sea of blue. To better accommodate the small neck size of small dogs, this collar is only 5/8-inch wide. The PET webbing material makes it soft to the touch, yet just as strong and durable as a nylon collar. Designs are printed with eco-friendly, non-toxic materials.
