Just hours before testifying in front of Congress, Billy Stone, a tech titan who is one of the richest men in the world, is kidnapped from a hotel in the heart of Washington DC. FBI Agent Jon Stevens, along with Director Emory Thomas are called upon to track down Stone’s kidnapper.
