This toner comes in a blue bottle with white flip cap. Packaging is sturdy and travel friendly. The toner is a clear liquid and its consistency is very runny like water. Can you see the toner in my palm in picture below? Needless to say, it has the signature Nivea fragrance which I love so much. :inlove
