An easy-to-understand book for all those new to small business commercial lending. If you are interested in a career as a commercial banker, this book is an excellent resource for the finance student, credit analyst, or recently promoted commercial lender. Updated in 2016 to include many real world examples of commercial loans that didn't work out.
