These delicious little sausages are perfect for road trips, outdoor activities or between-meal snacks. They are high in protein and low in carbs with no added sodium nitrate or MSG. Hardwood smoking gives them a distinctive but mild smoky flavor. We sell a ton of these at local farmers markets.
