Optimal PC Liquid by Seeking Health provides 5200 mg of phospholipids from non-GMO sunflower oil (containing about 15% (w/w) phosphatidylcholine) without the common use of soy. Although phospholipids can be found in a wide variety of foods such as meat, eggs, and soy, some individuals including vegans and vegetarians may benefit from supplementation.* It may also become more difficult for choline to pass through the blood brain barrier with age.*

Phosphatidylcholine (PC) may help provide the building blocks of healthy cell membranes, which are vital to maintaining healthy brain function. PC may also help support healthy liver function and replenish choline, supporting healthy energy levels and normal muscle recovery.*
