When real estate tycoon Alexander Malone sets out to turn the small ski town of Fillmore into a posh year round resort he finds himself up against local attorney Lisa Donahue who will do whatever possible to stop the demolition of the town. Lisa soon finds herself pitted against Rick Kirkland- her old boyfriend from high school and law school who is now the attorney handling the greedy Malone's interests. After winning the case, Rick's car ends up breaking down and he and his fiancé Reagan get stuck in Fillmore at the mercy of his old friend and mechanic Andy. Andy's plan ends up working as he gets Rick to second guess his commitment to both the greedy Malone and his insufferable fiancé while rekindling his love for Lisa in this heartwarming Holiday Romantic Comedy.
