This is a pair of tilt latch, spring loaded, injected plastic in white. They are screw less, snap-in style that require a milled slot to mount onto top horizontal rails of sash. Dimensions are 2-7/8 in. in length, and 3/4 in. width. Used on single or double hung vertical sliding panels. Used by a variety of window manufactures.
