This toy is made of sustainable rubberwood. (Rubberwood trees (Hevea brasiliensis) are part of a managed production forestry program grown for latex sap, which they produce for about 25 years. The trees are then felled and new ones planted giving us a sustainable wood that is perfect for making toys from.
