Adult Sizes run as follows: Small- fits anyone from 5'2 - 5'6 (115 lbs - 135 lbs), Medium - Fits anyone from 5'6 to 5'10 (135 lbs-160 lbs), Large - Fits anyone from 5'10 to 6' (170 lbs- 190 lbs), X-Large - Fits anyone from 6' + up 220 lbs. Please Note: These adult footed pajamas are unisex in sizing so they are roomy and non-fitted. For Women - We suggest going down 1 Size. If you are between sizes, we recommend going down a size. Also, if you in the height range for one size and the weight range for a smaller size, we suggest you order the smaller size.
