Roland Ginger Balsamic Glaze is made from white balsamic vinegar which has been slowly reduced to a nicely balanced thickened sauce. The glaze is sweet and peppery with a golden hue. It contains the rich, slightly sweet distinctive taste of white balsamic with ginger undertones. It is produced from high quality white balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy. Unlike regular balsamic vinegar, the vinegar "must" is not carmelized during processing (this is why it is golden in color). The vinegar is then reduced to a concentrated sauce.
