The Tokyo Long White bunching onion is a Japanese heirloom variety. It has a sweet flavor and the stalks grow between 12 and 15 inches. These are not only great for Asian cooking, they can be used any time scallions (or green onions) are called for. The seed comes in a 2.5 gram seed package, which will plant 1, 25-foot package.
