Handcrafted and beautifully designed in high-carbon AUS8A Japanese stainless steel, each knife effortlessly slices through a wide range of steaks and other proteins with ease and grace. The elegant handles are made from PakkaWood with a series of inlaid steel rondels. The handles are moisture resistant, strong and durable. The recurve shape of the blade is designed to ensure a smooth slice, whether pushing the blade forward or pulling it back.
