The traditional blend of vertiver, palmarosa, citronella and lemon grass are the source for any good Van Van Recipe. Historically, it is definitely one of the older New Orleans Hoodoo oils. It's known to bring success, open doors, clear obstacles, and bring good luck & prosperity. It can be used on mojo bags, talismans, good old fashion candle magic, anointed on clothing and put in spiritual baths. There really is no limit with Van Van oil. Comes in 1/2 oz Boston round glass vial. Van Van oil tends to work really well with candle rituals. It is commonly anointed on Yellow or Orange candles. It's also great to use when petitioning a saint. Our Lady of Charity is often petitioned to bring in a new lover, for success in goals and for general prosperity. She is represented by the color yellow and you can often find her in the ethnic section at your local grocery store. Another simple way to use Van Van oil is to either create a vision board with all of your goals or you can simply make a list of all of all the things you would like to accomplish. White and Orange candles work great with this. Anoint your candle with Van Van oil pointing the top of the candle towards you while "pulling the oil up and towards you ." Visualize Visualize Visualize! Place the candle in an appropriate holder and put it on top of your vision board or your list.
