These 1 inch stainless contact points are great for long-haired breeds such as Boozier des Flanders, Kimonos, Newfoundland's, Old English Sheepdogs, Pulis, Puliks, Portuguese Water Dogs, Sarplaninacs, Sapsalis, Samoyeds, Saint Bernard's, Shetland Sheepdogs, Spanish Mastiffs, South Russian Ovcharkas. It is always best to use the shortest contact point that makes a reliable connection. Warning: As with all contact points, do not leave the collar receiver on the dog for more than 12 hours at a time.
