These USGI Knee and Elbow pad inserts are issued for use with the ACU and MarPat Pants and Jackets. However there are plenty of other trousers, shirts, coveralls out there that have the pockets these liners fit into sewn in place. These liners fit in many of the most famous names of heavy duty and cold weather coveralls, work trousers and shirts on the market. (We cant say the names.) They fit in the pockets on the knees and elbows and give some added protection from stones, rocks, concrete, macadam or other items you might kneel on or strike with your elbow. They are about 1/2 inch thick and approx 6" X 8" and can easily be cut with a scissors to resize if needed. One size fits all ACU, DCU, MARPAT and BDU Pants and Jackets with elbow and knee pockets. Will fit Police, FireFighter, and EMT pants with pockets for pads NSN 8415-01-502-0520
