This unique probe is great for meats including thick and very thin portions, this probe cable survives oven temperatures and careful use on a grill or saute pan. The silicone insulated cable can be used up to 500°F short term and is super-flexible for convenience. Super-Fast response times for spot checking foods. 1/16" diameter needle works where other probes cannot. Pro-Series Probes are specificially designed and engineered to work with ThermoWorks ChefAlarm and ThermoWorks DOT. Will not work in other makes or models.
