We ship our plants and seedlings in Coco Coir Fiber Grow Pellets since it helps keep the tree roots moist and protected during the shipping process. PLEASE NOTE that we ship trees Mondays through Thursdays. Orders placed Friday thru Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. We have found that the trees do better in shipping with no waiting in sort facilities over the weekend. The seedlings range from 1 to 4 inches in height (from the trunk to the leaf tops). The root grows down through the growing media. When receiving the seedlings, you leave the media on the root to plant. It will dissolve over time. This lessens the chance of root damage during shipping and transplanting. Please remove the packaging materials immediately upon receiving your trees. Local pick-up is also available. Our package methods have been tried and proven to help maintain the plants health during shipping. However, we cannot control what the shipping carrier does or the length of time it takes to arrive once it leaves our business. Plants are shipped in a box which most often the postman will leave in your mailbox. Please be aware to look in your mailbox for these packages, not by your door.We do not offer refunds on plants. We offer pre-planted Moringa media as a replacement or on a case by case exception, new plants. If you do not follow the planting instructions on the box or on the instruction sheet, we are not required to replace your plants.
