The Rada Cutlery W981 Non-Scratch Slotted Spoon is a great tool to not only cook with, but  also serve a wide variety of foods.  This heat resistant spoon can withstand high temperatures when cooking or if it accidentally touches your pan or burner. The black handle and bowl on this cooking spoon is made from temperature resistant reinforced nylon. Designed with the cooking enthusiast in mind, this saute spoon has a flat nose and bowl shaped head for easier stirring and serving. The small holes allow liquids to drain through, making removing foods from boiling water or cooking juices simple. The stem on this kitchen spoon is made from 300 series stainless steel for durability and has an overall length of 11-3/4 inches. It has an indent on the handle for resting your thumb to create a comfortable, secure grip. The bowl measures 2-1/2 x 3 inches making it easy to scoop and stir a variety of foods and is safe for non stick pans. Hand washing is recommended.  Rada Mfg.
